Michael Kenilworth NJ July 23, 2020 Joe Galayda is the consummate professional. For both our purchase and refinance, all of our questions and concerns were addressed quickly and explained thoroughly. Since we refinanced during the COVID-19 pandemic, we were given the option to close at whichever location was most comfortable for us. Michelle at Joe s office even offered to bring closing docs to our home. We elected to sign the closing docs at Millennium s Westfield office since it is close to our home. The office was clean and everyone at the office was wearing proper PPE. I will continue to use Joe s team and MHM for future transactions.
